It includes the fundamentals of some Eastern disciplines, among which Ba Gua, I-Chuan and San-Ti, particularly effective to develop great speed in the movements combined with toning, stretching and releasing of physical and energy blockages in the muscles.

They are both standing and moving practices very refined compared to most of the techniques known in the West. They may or may not include the Dissolving to help the release of blockages and stiffness on muscles level.
