I teach Ba Gua walking and the change of direction called “Single Palm”, because I find it well-suited to the pace of modern life. It’s a vigorous aerobic practice, a method of moving meditation developed in Taoist monasteries over 4000 years ago, and an important step forward towards our well-being.

Useful for:

  • developping speed in movements
  • developping the ability to remain totally calm and focused even in the midst of an intense activity
