Embodying a good posture does not need much time and complicated teachings. Taoists have been knowing it for five thousand years. With a few easy steps we can correct our posture in a way that respects the physiology of the body and takes advantage of gravity to help relaxing while standing and while walking. It may be sufficient to remove back pain if coupled with a simple gentle stretching according to the Taoist method.
